Pregnancy Tidbits: 35 WEEKS

Pregnancy Tidbits:

 How Far Along: 35 weeks!


Total Weight Gain: 24-25 lbs. just depends on the day...I have stayed about the same range the last 3-4 weeks.

Maternity Clothes: YES!


Gender: Girl!! (Emma Mackenzie Doty)

Size of the Baby: 5.5 lbs. (approx.)

Movement: Yes :) she gets up in my ribs too now!

Sleep: Not good...

What I miss: Wearing actual shoes (*having to wear flip flops daily) and seeing my ankles :)

Cravings: Sweets


Symptoms: Heartburn :( & swollen hands/feet

Best Moment this week: Getting the new car and working on the nursery. It is my goal in the next week or so to upload pics of the new house. Until then I will post a sneak peek of Emma's room below :)

Movement: Yes :) It's starting to hurt sometimes!

Sleep: What? Who needs to sleep?

What I miss: Same as last week: Mimosas & normal hands/feet

Cravings: Ice cream


Symptoms: Heartburn :( & swollen hands

Best Moment this week: We got a new car/SUV today! I am pretty excited--it is our first car to buy "together."

My first shower (a princess theme) was hosted by some of my family members/close friends I added pics of that in my last post

Movement: Yes :) still mostly @ night 

Sleep: No Bueno!

What I miss: My hands not hurting all the time & MIMOSAS!

Cravings: Choc. Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream--really just ice cream in general!


Symptoms: Heartburn :( & swollen hands

Best Moment this week: The house is pretty much together and looking good! Emma's crib and bookshelf are up--we just have to finish the rest of her room!! I am also looking forward to our second shower (tomorrow).

Sleep: No Bueno!

What I miss: My normal hands. Currently-- my poor hands are struggling-- I found out I have carpal tunnel. My hands are so swollen, achy, & tingly/numbness. :(

*This should go away after birth--apparently it is common in preggo people?*

Cravings: Choc. Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Stockings and Snow

Well...since I cannot leave the new house to go shop for new things for the house...I will just do it online :)

I am really tried of this SNOW...

I have a lot to do and this is putting a damper on things!

On a better note--after buying Emma's bookshelf at Pottery Barn Kids--I realized I LOVE that place.

So...today I checked out their "SALE" items (after I had found towels for Emma's bathroom) and they had stockings on there. I was so excited because I had looked all Christmas season with no luck.

Well, today I found what I wanted and almost half price. I wasn't willing to pay full price during the holiday season--and now I am glad I waited.
