Approaching 3 weeks...

We are coming on up on the 3 week mark here (Tuesday she is 3 weeks old) at the Doty House---it has been a wild/sleepless ride :)

She's slowly starting to sleep a little better at night. Sunday--Adam & I are going to the the Thunder playoff game & it will be my first real "mommy test" to leave her for 4 hours. It is unreal to me how much I have changed without even trying the last 18 days! I have never worried about someone so much in my whole life or loved someone immediately upon seeing them. I know it is just the beginning. I am happy to report my hormones seem to be calming down and every day I feel a little bit more like myself!

That is all for now---I hear the baby fussing :)

Emma Update

Well, I haven't had time to write much---Emma's still on the "belly" schedule and doesn't think she is supposed to be sleeping at night :)

We took her newborn pics yesterday and I cannot wait to get them back from the photographer. Here are a few shots from my camera....
